Please review these terms prior to each use of this site to verify that conditions and terms have not changed since your last visit to our site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At the present time we only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii U.S.territories. actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 buisness days of recieving your order. In the event of delays every effort will be made to cantact you by phone, email, or mail.

PHONE WARRANTY

All handsets are covered by an one-year manufacturers' warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear from use of the product. For all the phones that are out of the box failures, DealForDigital.com will exchange within 5 (five) days of the delivery date. Any such return must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Assuming the product is returned in satisfactory condition and with all items inside of the box, a replacement phone will be provided as soon as defective goods have been returned. DealForDigital.com reserves the right to substitute any phone with one of like quality and value. Phones received after 10 days of the delivery time will not be accepted for return and no refund or exchange will be provided. We will ship the late phones back to you at your expense.



EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any or all of the products, they may be exchanged within 5 days of the delivery date. All components must be returned in a "like-new" condition. Any return product must be in the original packaging; including the original manufacturer's box inserts, documentation, warranty cards (not filled out or tampered with), manuals, and all accessories; and accompanied by the original receipt. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer boxes in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you at your expense. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee is dependant on the condition of the goods and the packaging material. If you reject that return shipment, DealforDigital.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. All return credits will be made 24hrs after merchandise is recieved for verification purposes excluding original shipping costs. If the item you are exchanging for is of less value than the item you are returning, you will be refunded the difference on the same card that was used to purchase the product.



SALES TAX

DealForDigital.com only collects local sales tax on orders shipped within NY State. For areas outside NY State please check with your local tax authorities regarding local sales tax liabilities.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Prior to any returns or exchanges customer must contact DealForDigital.com for shipping address and RA #.

For an RA (return authorization) number please call customer care at 646-261-2946. All returns and exchanges require an RA number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns will be inspected. When returning pack the products in a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# given to you by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. When shipping please ship parcel frieght prepaid.

In order for product to be shipped billing and shipping adresses must match.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise, verification and credit verification by DEALFORDIGITAL.COM and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of upon verification unless instructed otherwise. During holiday times, we encourage all our customers to contact our sales department to verify the actual shipping time. It may take 3-4 weeks to ship any product during this holiday season. All orders except Televisions/Plasma TV's, and Heavy components are shipped via UPS, and when available, the tracking information will be provided in an e-mail. All new orders must be verified, we only bill you when your order is ready to ship. We don"t ship to APO"s or POB"s or to hotels. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.

Special Handling Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling / insurance we will inform you by email/phone. If you would like to request special handling or rush delivery please email our customer service department or call to speak to a DealForDigital.com representative. Any order over 40lb will be subject to a mandatory insurance fee. Our contact number is 1-646-261-2946 Due to the size and weight, Plasma/LCD/Projection television may subject to incur optional insurance fee for delivery, Please call us at 1-646-261-2946 to learn more. If anyone declines to pay insurance, he/she may send us Bank Cashier Check or Money Order and take the risk of any damage during transit on their own.

CANCELING AN ORDER BEFORE AND AFTER CHECKING OUT

You can cancel the order process at any time while shopping by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart. Once an order has been placed, processed, charged on credit card and sent to be filled by our shipping dept there is a 10% cancelation fee that will be charged to cancel the order. Any orders that are canceled before it has been charged and sent to be shipped will have no penelty.
